Ingredients Used: Blueberries

Description: The first menstrual period of a girl is termed as menarche. It usually starts sometime between ages 11 and 14. It can happen as early as age 9 or as late as 15. In some of the cases this menarche is delayed, may be due to insufficient female hormones or due to any other reason. Blueberries contain anthocyanins, a flavonoid category, having strongest antioxidizing power of 150 flavonoids. Consuming blueberry will induce menstruation in girls whose menarche is delayed. Blueberries are also known as Highbush Blueberries, Lowbush Blueberries, Half-high Blueberries and Rabbiteye Blueberries.

Directions For Use: Give about 1 cup full of Blueberries daily to girls whose menarche is delayed for 3 months continuously.

Not To Use With: As such no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. As Blueberries are safe and well tolerated in the treatment of delayed menarche.
