Ingredients Used: Abuta

Description: The 28 days periodic series of changes in the female reproductive system associated with the preparation of the uterus for pregnancy by lining the uterus with blood. If fertilization and implantation do not take place, the lining of the uterus is discharged during menstruation. The menstruation activity causes pain that involves sharp intermittent pain or dull, aching pain, also pelvis and abdomen pain, Irritability, fatigue, backache, or nausea known as Menstrual Pain or Painful Menstruation medically known as Dysmenorrhea. Some women also suffer from very strong pain that makes it impossible for them to perform normal household, job, or school-related activities for a few days during each menstrual cycle. Abuta extract is very beneficial in resolving the symptoms of Menstrual pain. Abuta is also known as Cissampelos pareira or Abuta grandifolia.

Directions For Use: Take 1/2 cup of Abuta root extract once daily during the menstrual cycle. The symptoms of Menstrual Pain is resolved in a day. Abuta has potent Antispasmodic properties; therefore is used to treat Menstrual Pain.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Abuta root extract to treat Menstrual Pain.

Side Effects: None are seen with Abuta root extract.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Menstrual Pain is resolved in a day using Abuta root extract.
