Description: I have often wondered why a pain so specific to the female of our species is called MENstrual pain. But just like a rose with any other name would smell as sweet, similarly no matter what one calls these horrbile cramps, they hurt excruciatingly.
The trick that works well is hot holy basil water.
Directions For Use: Boil 4 to 5 holy basil leaves in a cup of water for a min or two. Pour into a cup without straining the leaves and consume it like a cup of tea.
Not To Use With: The hot holy basil water can be taken anytime with any other medicine.
Side Effects: none
Expected Results: This remedy will help "relieve" the lady in question of the cramps, since there is no "cure" for the pain to begin with.
Expected Results Within: Immediately
