I have gone through 3 bottles of Braggs vinegar. I have taken it 3 times a day at meal time and also drank it durning the day or just before bed. I gained 5 more lbs. I have used it with raw honey too. If all is true my cholostrol should be down and my weight and my acid reflux gone but it has not worked for any of these things. I still drink a Tlbs in 8oz of water at least once or twice a day just because I think it is good for me. I either use the raw honey or stevia for a sweetner.

Apple Cider Vinegar has helped my allergies a lot, however; in terms of weight, I haven't lost 1 pound after 1 month of taking ACV. I do however get up in the middle of the night with bouts of diarrhea sometimes. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else. Stomach pains and cramps. The truly weird stuff is that my stomach does feel better and flatter, not much gas anymore.
Hope this helps and if any of you have an answer to the diarrhea question, please help I really am wondering if this is normal.
