Also called: Palpitation, Heartbeat sensations, Irregular heartbeat, Heart pounding or racing
Palpitations, Heartbeat sensations, Irregular heartbeat etc are perfectly normal and common occurrence in humans. The heart beats are normally inaudible and we are not aware of our own heartbeats. Palpitations are heartbeat sensations that feel like your heart is pounding or racing. Normally the heart beats 60-100 times per minute. In people who exercise routinely or take medications that slow the heart, the rate may drop below 55 beats per minute. If your heart rate is very fast (over 100 beats per minute), this is called tachycardia. An unusually slow heart rate is called bradycardia. An occasional extra heartbeat is known as extra systole. Palpitations are usually not serious. The heart beat can also increase after an episode of night mare. Massage of the vagus nerve will regularize the heart beat.

After an excessive
research I learned about Wheatgrass. And it seemed to work!
She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass?
And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
