Ingredients Used: Chai Hu

Description: Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a combination of bodily, psychological, and mood disturbances that occur before the start of Menstruation and ending with the onset of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are bad temper, gloominess, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings with loss of sexual desire. Bupleurum is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. Hence Bupleurum is used frequently by females fro treating Premenstrual symptoms. Bupleurum is also known as Chai Hu, Thorowax, Thorowax Root and Radix Bupleuri.

Directions For Use: For resolving Premenstrual Syndrome, boil 1 tsp of Bupleurum root powder in a cup of water. The symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome are resolved in a month. Bupleurum root is found to be beneficial and also easy to use.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Bupleurum in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.

Side Effects: None are seen as Bupleurum is safe in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.
