Description: Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a collection of bodily and emotional symptoms associated to a woman's monthly menses cycle. Most of the women suffer from these symptoms few days before the onset of menstruation cycle. Such symptoms are usually expected and occur on a regular basis during the two weeks prior to menses. The symptoms may disappear after the start of menstrual flow, but in some cases, they may persist even after the flow has started. In some women, the symptoms are so severe that they are considered disabling. Chamomile tea is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. Hence Chamomile is regarded as better treatment option for Premenstrual Syndrome. Chamomile is of ubiquitous origin.

Directions For Use: Boil 1 tsp of Chamomile Herbal powder in a cup of water. Strain and drink the extracts for relief from the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. The symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome are resolved in a week with Chamomile tea.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Chamomile tea in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.
