Mood swings, mastalgia, tetchiness and despair are among the most common symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. Dandelion Root extracts is an excellent Diuretic which tackles the water retention which causes Premenstrual Syndrome in women. Dandelion is also known as Taraxacum. Hence Dandelion is a very safe and potent herb for treating Premenstrual Syndrome. The other names of Dandelion are Leontodon taraxacum and Taraxacum officinale.

Directions For Use: For treating boil 1 tsp of Dry Dandelion roots in a cup of water. Strain and drink the extract twice daily for a week. The symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome are alleviated in a week with Dandelion roots.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Dandelion roots in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.
