Ingredients Used: Evening Primrose

Description: Premenstrual Syndrome is a commonly observed symptom for 5-6 days before the start of menstruation. Four out of every five women experiences PMS. The symptoms may disappear after the start of menstrual flow, but in some cases, they may persist even after the flow has started. In some women, the symptoms are so severe that they are considered disabling. Evening Primrose oil is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. Evening Primrose Oil prevents the production of harmful prostaglandins and produces beneficial prostaglandins, hence relieves pain during Premenstrual Syndrome. Evening Primrose is also known as Oenothera biennis, Night willow-herb, King's-cure-all and Sun drop.

Directions For Use: Take 20 ml of Evening Primrose Oil in divided dosage for a week. The symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome are resolved in a week. As Evening Primrose Oil prevents the production of harmful prostaglandins and produces beneficial prostaglandins, hence relieves Premenstrual Syndrome.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Evening Primrose Oil in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.

Side Effects: None are seen. As Evening Primrose Oil is safe in the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome.
