Conditions Treated: Cancer, Digestive, Nutrition and Metabolism, Overweight

Specific Conditions Treated: Prostate Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Colon and Rectal Cancer, IBS, Hemorrhoids, Constipation, Obesity, Crohn's Disease, Diarrhea, Colitis

Ingredients Used: Fruits, Vegetable

Description: If you commmonly suffer from constipation (like I do), then a high fiber diet is essential for you to get back to optimal digestive health.

The American Dietetic Association recommends eating 25–35 grams of fiber on a daily basis. This accounts for approximately 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday.

The purpose of a diet high in fiber, is to help regulate the intestines by eating foods that will add bulk to your waste. Insoluble fiber is unable to be digested by the human body, but is capable of absorbing alot of water. When insoluble fiber absorbs water, it expands and becomes very 'bulky' inside of you. This extra bulk is known to help regulate weight and promote a healthy colon.

Having a diet that is naturally high in fiber, may also prevent a number of diseases such as - Hemorrhoids, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diverticulosis, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Colon Cancer, Stomach Cancer, Prostate Cancer High Cholesterol, and Obesity.

The best kind of insoluble fiber is the kind that is naturally found in common foods, like whole grain breads, fresh fruits and vegetables. The skin of many fruits can work wonders for a healthy colon.

Directions For Use: Eat a healthy & balanced diet, full of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain breads, Oats and pasta also have a high content of fiber.

Be sure to drink lots of water, because fiber will absorb alot of what you drink. If you drink very little water, it is possible for you to become slightly dehydrated.

Side Effects: Minimal side effects -- Gas, stomach cramps, bloating.

Expected Results: A diet high in fiber will help remedy the symptoms of constipation. Insoluble fiber will help make your stools softer and easier to pass. The soft stools will also help treat the pain that may be associated with Hemorrhoids.

A high-fiber diet may help lower your cholesterol levels, because research indicates that soluble fiber connects to the molecule that makes up cholesterol. When they bind together, the fiber helps it move through the intestinal tract, and eventually being exited out of your body.

High-Fiber diets will also help people who suffer from Obesity. Because the insoluble fiber bulks up inside of you, it will make people feel fuller, while consuming less food. The fiber is easier to pass, so it will therefore speed up the amount of time waste sits inside of you.

Expected Results Within: 12 hours
