Ingredients Used: Burdock

Description: Psoriasis is a common, chronic, scaly rash that affects people of all ages. There is a genetic predisposition to psoriasis i.e. it tends to run in families. Psoriasis is also influenced by many environmental factors. It is not contagious. Psoriasis is most common on the knees, elbows and scalp, but can appear anywhere on the body. Burdock Root promotes perspiration and the release of toxins from the body. Therefore it is helpful in clearing up skin conditions such as Psoriasis. Burdock Root is also known as Arctium minus and Arctium lappa.

Directions For Use: Prepare a tea by boiling some Burdock Root in a cup of water. Strain and cool. Dip a cotton swab in this tea and apply it on the affected area thrice daily for 2 weeks for treating Psoriasis.

Not To Use With: As such no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. As Burdock Root is medicinally safe and well tolerated for treating Psoriasis.
