It is caused by the reactivation of the virus that causes chicken pox, although it appears in small area on the skin. Shingles is characterized by fever; itching, reddish spots which appear in the eyes and nose with headache. Apple cider vinegar is very effective in resolving the symptoms of shingles. Apple Cider Vinegar, otherwise known simply as Cider Vinegar or ACV or acetic acid is made from cider or apple must.
Directions For Use: Mix ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar in 2 cup of water and apply it on the affected area and get relief from the symptoms of Shingles in a month.
