Description: Sinus Infection is also termed as Sinusitis which means that sinuses are infected or inflamed. Sinus Infection leads trouble breathing through nose. When the person suffering from it leans forward, throbbing pains may move across the face. The person may have a headache, fever or irritating cough, and sometimes even eyes and facial tissue swells up. Sinus Infection commonly occurs when environmental pollens irritate the nasal passages, such as with hay fever. Sinus Infections can also result from irritants, such as chemicals or the use and/or abuse of over-the-counter nasal sprays and illegal substances that may be snorted through the nose. Sinusitis can also be caused by infection by viruses or bacteria. Yellowroot extracts are very effective in eradicating pathogens. Yellowroot extracts are as effective as commonly used anti-biotics like Gatifloxacin, Doxycycline or Amoxycillin. Yellowroot is also known as Xanthorhiza simplicissima.

Directions For Use: Boil 100gms of finely chopped aerial parts of Yellowroot in a cup of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts twice daily for a week. The Sinus Infections will be resolved in one week.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Yellowroot extract to treat Sinus Infection.

Side Effects: None are seen with Yellowroot.
