What is Spondylosis?

Also called: Rheumatoid spondylitis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Marie Strümpell disease

Spondylosis is degenerative arthritis, osteoarthritis of the spinal vertebrae and related tissue. If vertebrae of the neck are involved it is labeled cervical spondylosis. Lower back spondylosis is labeled lumbar spondylosis. There is one more type that is called as ankylosing spondylitis (AS) refers to inflammation of the joints in the spine. It is also known as rheumatoid spondylitis or marie-strümpell disease. If severe, spondylosis may cause pressure on nerve roots with subsequent pain or paresthesias in the arms. Early symptoms of spondylosis include back pain and stiffness. These problems often start in late adolescence or early adulthood. Over time spondylosis can fuse your vertebrae together, limiting movement. Symptoms can worsen or improve or stop altogether. Spondylosis has no cure, but medicines can relieve the pain, swelling and other symptoms. Exercise can also help.

Tamir Goren "When my mother fell ill with cancer I wanted to find a natural solution to help with her suffering. After an excessive research I learned about Wheatgrass. And it seemed to work! She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass? And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
