Description: Bursitis is the inflammation of one or more bursae, caused mainly by excessive pressure ot traumatic injury. It affects usually elbows and knees and causes pain and stiffness in the local area of the joint, followed by swelling. Comfrey contains natural allantoin, which speeds up the natural replacement of body cells, has anti-inflammatory properties and is much stronger than artificial allantoin. A pulp made of comfrey can be used to treat such conditions like bursitis, sprains, or even intervertebral disc degeneration.
Directions For Use: Grind comfrey root in hot water mixed with a small amount of vegetable oil to prepare pulp. Make a compress on damaged part of your body and change it 2-3 times a day.
Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment.
Side Effects: None are seen
Expected Results: The pain will be reduced in a few hours, the overall condition should improve after 5-10 days. In severe cases like intervertebral disc degeneration the treatment may last much longer.
