Ingredients Used: Holly Mangrove

Description: Tired Legs or Aching legs results in discomfort and pain. Tired Legs are a condition; wherein you can’t go very far on foot. Climbing stairs; when the need arises can be arduous or laborious. In reality walking would entail a whole lot of effort. On the whole the tendons of your feet need to be soothed. Holly Mangrove leaves possess anti-inflammatory action and is a natural alternative to anti inflammatory drugs available in the market and therefore it helps to treat Tired Legs. Holly Mangrove leaves extract works similar to them only and is relatively safe also. Holly Mangrove is also known as Holly-leaved Acanthus, Acanthus ilicifolius or Jeruju Putih.

Directions For Use: Boil 10 to 15 leaves of Holly Mangrove in a cup of water for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts thrice daily for 2 months. The Tired Legs are resolved in a fortnight and complete cure is effected in 2 months of the treatment. You can also apply the Holly Mangrove leaves extract directly over the affected area also for better results.

Not To Use With: As such no interactions are seen with Holly Mangrove leaves extract; therefore no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this herb to treat Tired Legs.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen with Holly Mangrove leaves extract while treating Tired Legs.
