Description: Tonsillitis is an infection of the tonsils that causes inflammation. It's most common in children aged three to seven, who have larger tonsils than adults and older children. It is a natural alternative to antibiotics used for bacterial infections such as like penicillin, amoxycillin, Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin etc. Also the treatment with Vernonia cinerea is relatively safer also as there are no any side effects associated with it in the treatment of Tonsillitis.

Directions For Use: Take some aerial parts of Vernonia cinerea. Dry and powder it. Take 1 teaspoon of this powder and boil in a cup of water. Filter it. Drink this tea twice daily for 3-4 days for the treatment of Tonsillitis.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Vernonia cinerea in the treatment of Tonsillitis.
