Directions For Use: Substances in this Formula (5 Total):

Shi Gao (Gypsum)
Qty: 5-30 grams

Shu Di Huang (Chinese Foxglove Root, Steamed with Water or Alcohol, Rehmannia)
Qty: 9-30 grams

Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Rhizome)
Qty: 5 grams

Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber)
Qty: 6 grams

Niu Xi (Achyranthes Root)
Qty: 5 grams

Use one and a half cups of water,boil to 70%,take half after breakfast and half after super.
