Description: A body weight is considered to be the below the normal recommended weight for the persons height, build and sex. The body mass index is often used as the criteria to determine if a person is within the normal weight range or not. Being Underweight can affect growth and development, and it can cause infertility or delayed menstruation. It can also result in fatigue, irritability, and a lack of concentration, as well as impairing the body's ability to thermoregulate itself. An Underweight person looks very dull, not interested in doing any work, pale face. Banana is rich in potassium and essential minerals and along with Milk it helps to increase weight. Banana is also known as Musa acuminata.

Directions For Use: Include 2-3 Bananas in your diet daily along with a glass of Milk for a month for the treatment of Underweight.

Not To Use With: No precautions need to be followed while taking Banana and Milk in the treatment of Underweight.

Side Effects: None are seen. As Banana and Milk is safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Underweight.
