Description: Vertigo is a disease which occurs due to the patient having problems in the posterior semicircular canals of the inner ear. Vertigo is also known as Dizziness, Lightheadedness – dizzy and Loss of balance. A patient suffering from vertigo will suffer an abnormal sensation that causes them to feel as thought their surrounding environment is continuously spinning, whirling or moving. As a result of this, the vertigo patient suffers loss of balance or a sensation of nausea that may grow acute. Some common causes of Vertigo are vision problems, thyroid, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Sugar as a basic food carbohydrate primarily comes from Sugar Cane and from sugar beet. Indian Gooseberry is also known as Amla, Phyllanthus emblica, amlaki and Emblic myrobalan or Emblica Officinalis. Coriander is commonly called as cilantro.

Directions For Use: Soak 1 tsp of Gooseberry powder along with 1tsp of Coriander seeds. Leave it over night. Strain and add 1/2 tsp Sugar and take this concoction twice daily for a month. The symptoms of Vertigo are resolved in a month.
