Also called: Cholera, Waterborne Disease, V cholerae, Vibrio
Cholera is a highly contagious and waterborne disease caused by a bacterium known a vibrio cholerae. Cholera is usually seen in third world countries and is one of the largest vaccine preventable killer diseases. The bacterium attacks the small intestine by releasing toxins. The toxins cause an increased secretion of water and chloride ions in the intestine leading to massive diarrhea. Death can occur within hour due to shock caused by dehydration. Conditions of poor sanitation, crowding, war, and famine are perfect setting for the outbreak of cholera. India, Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean, and more recently, south and Central America, and Mexico are the regions where cholera epidemics periodically break out. Symptoms of cholera includes: sudden onset of watery diarrhea, the stools looks like water with flecks of rice in it. The diarrhea has a "fishy" odor. Rapid dehydration leads to rapid pulse and dry skin mucous membrane and mouth. Lethargy, fatigue and excessive thirst are the other symptoms.

After an excessive
research I learned about Wheatgrass. And it seemed to work!
She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass?
And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
